Order & Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via email once you have placed an order successfully. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Standard shipping rates vary on orders less than $50 before taxes and shipping, contingent upon weight and order destination. All orders over $250 or more, before taxes and shipping, ship for free.
Expedited shipping including 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air are available at extra cost, also contingent upon shipping weight and destination. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00am PST / 2:00pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am PST / 2:00pm EST or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, submit your request to email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject of your email. It may take up to 48 hours to receive a response, including a RMA and return label.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at BTHR’s discretion according to BTHR’s terms for the refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
